My partner signed-up and they were not happy!

My partner signed-up and said they were not expressly told about the weird and unreasonable cancellation charges, which really annoyed us both.
Soon discovered the food was no better than a supermarket ready meals, and more expensive. Many meals thrown into our food waste bin as they are godawful gunk! Awful.
Customer service is extremely poor; patronising, condescending, obstructive and disrespectful!
Fact; under our UK consumer statutory rights, the consumer has a right to a full refund if the goods are NOT of merchantable quality.
Also; Uk consumers have a right to claim a contract is null and void if the company has provably failed to fulfil the obligations the company entered into.
Don’t let Jane Plan dictators mislead you; if they demand you pay a forfeit for cancelling, and you feel aggrieved over not getting what you signed up for, take them to the Small Claims Court, and sue them for the cancellation charges.
You have consumer rights, and my advice is use them!

We’d like to reassure you that our plans are designed to be as flexible and transparent as possible. We offer a cancel-any-time policy with no cancellation fees. The only consideration is that our longer duration plans are discounted compared to shorter ones, so if a plan is ended early, we simply ask for the difference in price between the plan taken and the shorter duration completed. This is clearly set out in our terms and conditions, and we ensure our practices are fully compliant with UK consumer law.

The attitude of the receptionist

The attitude of the receptionist, today, regarding our sick elderly cat, was just a ‘couldn’t care less’ kind!
I was gobsmacked! Refused to fit the cat in, later in the morning or afternoon. What kind of emergency service is this?
No, unacceptable, and with previous issues taken into account, we opted to sack them and change to VetsAtHome. End of!

Ordered a shirt

Ordered shirt, but it was wrongly labelled as large, but was a medium. Returned it, but no refund yet, so must keep checking. All my large shirts fit me fine. The alternative fitted, but the cheap material was rough and uncomfortable to wear. Not at all impressed!
Customer service is the worst ever; you can never get through to anyone, hanging on for over half an hour and being auto-told you are number 5 in the queue, which never goes down. I put the phone down in disgust! Will NEVER ever order anything else from this sadly deteriorated outfit! Goodbye Crew Clothing!

Every product is the best quality

Every product is the best quality; tailoring is excellent.
Their linen shirts perfect, and are as good as any expensive designer product, which can cost hundreds of £ more! Also; they don’t plaster their name all over their clothing!
Excellent customer service.
No complaints!

The subscription con Healthspan now operate.

The subscription con Healthspan now trick customers into subscribing is wrong, just plain wrong.
The website is geared to push you into subscribing, and for my opinion, I believe the quality of their products, as to what’s in the pills, as per quantities of vitamins or minerals, etcetera, leaves me suspicious.
I will never order from them again.
They’ve changed for the worse.
I don’t trust them

Sykes did not do their homework!

Sykes should never list deceptive, confidence tricking, properties.
They appeared to have zero interest in our valid complaint.
Be warned; they are ONLY agents, and you legally have a NO rental contract with Sykes.
Ant infestation in kitchen.
No hot water in the kitchen!
Scolding, dangerous, electric shower.
Dirty kitchen floor and garden furniture.
Etcetera.
