This will be my last order with Halara

Ordered on 23 March 2 pairs of jeans one of which is being held up as not in stock so it's holding up the whole order. After requesting information keep getting emails reassuring me items with be shipped 'this week' followed by email the following day telling me there are further delays but not giving me any idea at all how long I will be kept waiting. Received an email few days ago telling me items will be shipped this week then received an email today stating further delays to shipping. No information on how long I will be waiting! It also stated I could cancel order if I wished which really angered me as I've waited so long as it is. Is this really acceptable behaviour Halara and will you please tell me what is going on with my order and WHEN they will be shipped and stop going back on your promises all the time? After I receive my items I will be uninstalling their App and will never use them again and will be telling everybody I know of their appalling customer service.

**** update ***
I only got an email yesterday telling me there was still a problem with inventory/backorder. Which is it? Is there still a problem or will my items be shipped this week? Talking absolute rubbish. You and emails youre sending are contradicting each other.
