Awful service
Awful service. Had problems with my business line connection dropping. Finally got through a couple of days ago and had to give my details 3 times. Was left holding for ages. They sent someone out with a new modem this morning. He guaranteed it would be up and running in an hour. 5 hours and one long telephone call later it is still not working. The guy on the phone told me they have changed their systems and are having teething problems linking modems to account numbers. Had to give the modem number and he said it would be fixed in an hour. Two hours later I'm still waiting. Have lost 2 days work this week because of them. I pay for 2 services, one residential and one business. Cannot use either. Update: Their reply below is absolute nonsense. I still have no WiFi - business or residential- 24 hours later, I have spoken to their customer support staff twice and am currently holding again to speak to them. Their staff told me there's some technical issue because they changed their systems and they themselves cannot even ring their technical support staff and have to rely on emailing them. Worse still is that they cannot guarantee when it will return. Worst service I ever encountered. Am losing another day of work.
