Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. The start chatting button just brings up a myriad of adverts. Bought a Kenwood Food Processor in October. Only used it 3 times and it stopped working. Managed to contact Amazon twice only for them to tell me the same thing each time that the seller is no longer with Amazon and no further details. My initial contact with them was good! AI generated responses that gave me the impression that if I couldn't contact the seller that they would organise a refund. But now I can't even contact Amazon!!

Dreadful customer service.

I could not complete what I needed online. Spoke to 3 different customer service representatives and had to provide my full details each and every single time. Was on to them for 48 mins in total and was told that I would be put through to yet another agent, I just gave up. Have been with Chill for years so am very disappointed. The quote they gave me was also much more expensive than any other. Appalling customer service and total waste of time ringing them.

Inefficient and outdated service

Tried contacting them to get my Authenticator App working on new phone. Had to hold for 15 minutes before call was answered. Then the amount of security questions I had to answer was beyond anything reasonable. Was another ten minutes simply giving my answers. The new code won't arrive for between 3 and 5 working days. Extremely poor and outdated customer service. The whole phone call lasted 25 mins.

Very helpful assistant

Very helpful assistant. I would give 5 stars if there had been more products available. I needed wide fitting runners and she provided excellent guidance. She did tell me that there is a bigger selection to choose from in their shop in Dundrum.

Awful service

Awful service. Had problems with my business line connection dropping. Finally got through a couple of days ago and had to give my details 3 times. Was left holding for ages. They sent someone out with a new modem this morning. He guaranteed it would be up and running in an hour. 5 hours and one long telephone call later it is still not working. The guy on the phone told me they have changed their systems and are having teething problems linking modems to account numbers. Had to give the modem number and he said it would be fixed in an hour. Two hours later I'm still waiting. Have lost 2 days work this week because of them. I pay for 2 services, one residential and one business. Cannot use either. Update: Their reply below is absolute nonsense. I still have no WiFi - business or residential- 24 hours later, I have spoken to their customer support staff twice and am currently holding again to speak to them. Their staff told me there's some technical issue because they changed their systems and they themselves cannot even ring their technical support staff and have to rely on emailing them. Worse still is that they cannot guarantee when it will return. Worst service I ever encountered. Am losing another day of work.

Avoid at all costs - target weight is dangerously low 63.5 POUNDS

I didn't even get as far as downloading the App. Their weight recommendation for me is 63.5 POUNDS!! When I contacted them pointing out I would be dead if my weight went that low they told me I can easily change my target weight. They are missing the point that their recommended weight is beyond dangerous.

Vile tasting coffee

I bought the Advent Calendar as a gift for my other half. Very attractive packaging, but so far the taste of each flavour is absolutely vile. There is a strong chemical smell from each one and they are totally undrinkable. I honestly cannot understand the 5 star reviews, which is why I bought it in the first place. It was an expensive mistake which I will not be repeating. Am sorry I wasted my money,

They deduct 1.45 service charge each month without authorisation

It's almost impossible to check the balance on more than one card without being blocked. The unauthorised deduction of 1.45 service charge each month is pure theft.

Hi There, We are sorry you didn’t get to spend your One4all card, please email help@one4all.ie and we will return any amount deducted.

The charges that were deducted from your card are known as the Inactive Balance Charge. After 18 months if a balance stays on a card an inactive balance charge of 1.45 is applied to the card starting on the anniversary of the issue date of the card. The charge will be taken on the same date every month until the card is spent in full.

This charge is part of our terms and conditions, and we do try to make every effort to draw attention to this by highlighting it in T&Cs. We have also placed a notice highlighted on the back of our gift cards.

However as mentioned above we are happy to refund the charges, please enjoy shopping with your One4all card.

Order has still not arrived

Update: I received a refund for my order today. Apparently the parcel went missing before it reached the international sorting office. (I paid extra for international tracked shipping) I find this hard to believe and cannot understand why they could not simply have sent a replacement if they had the items in stock. It's a pity it took me leaving a one star review before they dealt with my query. I fully understand that sometimes orders can't be fulfilled for various reasons but a timely reply to my initial emails in the first place would have avoided my negative review.

I ordered 20 days ago and am still waiting for my order or at the very least tracking details. I had to email 3 times asking where my order was before I got a reply. They replied a week ago today simply saying
my order was on its way and should be within 5 - 15 days of the order date and I should receive tracking details. Yet it is 20 days later and I am still waiting. I ran out of the product so had to source it elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service and communication.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Items arrived promptly and the little gift was much appreciated. I also liked the fact they sent a follow up email before dispatching to see if I needed anything else. Would highly recommend.

Order not received and emails not acknowledged

I placed an order on 23rd November and received an email confirmation. I have still not received my order. The online tracker keeps saying order being processed. I have emailed twice already but have not even received the courtesy of a reply. I have just emailed them for the third time to find out when I can expect it. Absolutely appalling customer service. I now have to source the item elsewhere as I have run out.

I had difficulty setting up an account…

I had difficulty setting up an account online due to the captcha. I was contacted by a very nice, capable representative within 15 minutes of my sending them an email. He took all my details, set up the account and
my prescription was sent to my chosen pharmacy within a half an hour. Absolutely excellent service for €20. I should add that I knew exactly what was wrong with me and what medication I needed beforehand.
