Debenhams is not a ‘company’ it is a platform for other sellers- some of whom may be good responsible vendors, using reliable delivery companies.
Others, in my experience, are utterly appalling.
Be prepared for dozens of emails as Debenhams attempts to act as go-between. And- use PayPal so you can make a financial claim.
