Out of frustration I left a 1 star…
Out of frustration I left a 1 star review a few days ago. See below transcript. However the person who left the reply didnt actually read what I had said!! I had already tried that form but there is not enough choices or a misc choice. ---------- Just wasted 20 mins trying to change my email address on my Trustpilot account. No phone number to call. Info says to complete a form but it doesnt have enough choices in drop down box. Lets me change any other info in my setting except the email address. No contact for help or chat box.

On the contact form main page (https://help.trustpilot.com/s/contact-us ), please select the support topic "Reviews". From there, enter your information, with these options:
- For the drop down "Help us direct you to the right person", choose "I am a reviewer"
- For "Select a topic", choose "Personal Information"
- For "Please Specify", choose "How do I change my username?"
Please ensure you include the email address you currently use for Trustpilot, and the one you wish to change it to. The team should be able to help you from there.
