They cancelled the space the night before
Many weeks ago I booked and paid for 5 days in Stockdale Close Liverpool. This was a key part of our arrangements for those 5 days.
18 hours to go and Just Park message that my space has been cancelled and I will get a refund. If the alternatives have the same facilities and the same price maybe its ok - but they do not. JustPark - you need to ensure the spaces are definite, and take steps with your recruiting to ensure there is a severe financial penalty for cancellation ; this is NOT ON and an atrocious way to run a business.

We're very sorry to hear your booking was cancelled. We can see this was issued by the space owner due to them choosing to deactivate their listing, which is something that is unfortunately outside of our control and could be for a wide number of reasons.
