Yatharth was wonderful. After my earlier problems with others that got nowhere, he was able to understand my complaint, and took time to carefully explain a technical issue. When I understood that issue I was able to change my position and Yatharth was then able to make a great deal for me. He is a credit to One Stream.

Now in my 3rd or 4th year for house insurance with Policy Expert. Each year I shop around, but their price and level of cover just seems unbeatable. So very happy.

Many weeks ago I booked and paid for 5 days in Stockdale Close Liverpool. This was a key part of our arrangements for those 5 days.
18 hours to go and Just Park message that my space has been cancelled and I will get a refund. If the alternatives have the same facilities and the same price maybe its ok - but they do not. JustPark - you need to ensure the spaces are definite, and take steps with your recruiting to ensure there is a severe financial penalty for cancellation ; this is NOT ON and an atrocious way to run a business.

Ordered new and also paid for fitting, of integral AEG washing machine. Delivered today but the delivery guys dumped it in the middle of my kitchen, still wrapped, and left saying they don't fit integral appliances.
Who is lying? AEG SALES or the AEG DELIVERY TEAM!
AEG customer service offering cashback as compensation and someone to call around in 7-10 days time.
Why did I bother with AEG? Should have used a reputable company.

it for a year, but found it too complicated to make full use, so intended not to renew this year. They auto renewed (and took my money in advance) A MONTH BEFORE THE YEAR WAS UP.
I cancelled the auto renew, and told them 3 WEEKS BEFORE MY YEAR EXPIRED that I did not want to renew and to refund me. They refused quoting Ts & Cs. Not a good look for an aspiring international company. My advice is go to a reputable company for a password manager.

Avoid this bunch of scammers. I was a victim between July and September 2023. Their ironmongery looks good in their LIFTED PICS, but dont touch it - and dont give them your money or bank details.

Very disappointed. It is too complicated for to understand and use. The tutorials etc do not help, unless I have hours and days to work through it. Nordpass have auto renewed my subscription taking my money 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. This gave me little time to address and cancel the auto renew, so with 14 days plus to spare, I made contact to cancel renewal. Nordpass are refusing to refund me, relying on the "small print' of the T&C's. I also have terms and conditions in that, I do not expect to be ripped off by a reputable company, for what was clearly a minor oversight on my part by not cancelling earlier. Thus I recommend not risking your financial details with this company, due to sharp practice.

My previous items all good, but this tap was faulty. Saw another more robust elsewhere so asked for a refund. No problem. One photo, 10 words to describe the issue, no querys, just a full refund. Top response!
