sharp practice
Very disappointed. It is too complicated for to understand and use. The tutorials etc do not help, unless I have hours and days to work through it. Nordpass have auto renewed my subscription taking my money 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. This gave me little time to address and cancel the auto renew, so with 14 days plus to spare, I made contact to cancel renewal. Nordpass are refusing to refund me, relying on the "small print' of the T&C's. I also have terms and conditions in that, I do not expect to be ripped off by a reputable company, for what was clearly a minor oversight on my part by not cancelling earlier. Thus I recommend not risking your financial details with this company, due to sharp practice.
