I order two pairs of shoes
I order two pairs of shoes, as with all orders I made before I had them delivered to store, so if they don't fit I can get a refund there.
The van dal trainer shoes did not fit, so I asked to return them, the shop assistant then informed me I couldn't because they don't stock them!. I also will have to pay for return. I went back onto the website to see if it stated this, the only thing was a box saying pay 99p, so you don't have to pay for return, as I was having them delivered to the store I didn't think I needed this. I think you need to make this much clearer on your website that when people order makes you don't stock in store they will have to pay to return them!
