Whilst an excellent service we did not actually know which company we were dealing with. The auction company where the goods came from also were not expecting Proovia after several emails from Shipley. They nearly did not release the goods because of all the different company names! The huge amount of emails is off the scale for one transaction. Also the delivery time I was given was not correct. However we are pleased with the ultimate delivery. Thank you
