Good service, good product

Whilst an excellent service we did not actually know which company we were dealing with. The auction company where the goods came from also were not expecting Proovia after several emails from Shipley. They nearly did not release the goods because of all the different company names! The huge amount of emails is off the scale for one transaction. Also the delivery time I was given was not correct. However we are pleased with the ultimate delivery. Thank you

The third collection and delivery drivers were excellent unlike the previous two attempts to collect. The first arrived at the collection before they opened at 9am waited 15 minutes and left. The second were unable to take the 6 bolts out of the bed and left. The third after me paying for two abortive collections were excellent albeit arriving at 9.30 at night for the large item to be unloaded. No packing or blankets in the van but luckily and surprisingly nothing was damaged.
