Customer service is useless, they don't answer their phones
Switched from Cuckoo to Toob in June. Had a final bill which was paid by dd beginning of July. No money owed at all. Just received another bill saying I owe £36, a 'sorry to see you go' note and a threat that if I don't return my router back they'll chase me for payment.
I've repeatedly requested a return bag for their router only to be told it's a problem with their 'systems', now they don't even answer the phone when I ring. They're expanding by taking over more BB companies but haven't got this one working properly yet.
Send me a bag for your router and stop sending me bills that have already been paid.
