TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT service

Two months on, they still haven't been able to set up my account correctly. I have 2 different addresses for gas and electricity accounts for the same property, and a "smart" meter assigned to my property which is not the meter I have inside my house and keeps sending much higher readings, resulting in charges that are much higher than they should.
Customer service takes over a week to reply, with incoherent messages that restart the whole conversation as if the last two months of calls, e-mails, chats, and complaints never happened.
