Worst customer service I've received in a long time
Contacted customer service as I couldn't set up my account myself and the whole experience has been a disaster so far. They have set up the wrong postcode, assigned a random electricity meter to my house and readings that are much higher than my actual readings, and a similar story happened with the gas meter. I have contacted customer service at least 5 times, via chat and phone, and they are always very quick to tell me they'll fix it on the day, but the reality is that nothing gets done. I get random e-mails completely ignoring the information I have shared several times (including pictures of the meters and actual readings) and it seems like it is a restart every time I contact them. Last message was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting a response. I could just contact customer service again, but I'll waste another 30 to 60 minutes of my life for them to tell me it's being looked at and someone will update me.
UPDATE: contacted them as instructed and it's even worse now. They sent me an email that is complete nonsense, with parts of my complaint mixed with internal communications telling the agent what to tell me...
