Unmatched energy and idyllic vibes🌴

Another great retreat with Workout Away! Loved spending nearly a week with a group of like-minded people in this idyllic resort alternating workouts, food, some exploration, and quietly reading by the pool. The energy Jess and Natalie bring to the workouts is unmatched; I did not want to miss a single one! Plus, the food was 10/10 with so many tasty options.
Already dreaming of the next one!

TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT service

Two months on, they still haven't been able to set up my account correctly. I have 2 different addresses for gas and electricity accounts for the same property, and a "smart" meter assigned to my property which is not the meter I have inside my house and keeps sending much higher readings, resulting in charges that are much higher than they should.
Customer service takes over a week to reply, with incoherent messages that restart the whole conversation as if the last two months of calls, e-mails, chats, and complaints never happened.

Worst customer service I've received in a long time

Contacted customer service as I couldn't set up my account myself and the whole experience has been a disaster so far. They have set up the wrong postcode, assigned a random electricity meter to my house and readings that are much higher than my actual readings, and a similar story happened with the gas meter. I have contacted customer service at least 5 times, via chat and phone, and they are always very quick to tell me they'll fix it on the day, but the reality is that nothing gets done. I get random e-mails completely ignoring the information I have shared several times (including pictures of the meters and actual readings) and it seems like it is a restart every time I contact them. Last message was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting a response. I could just contact customer service again, but I'll waste another 30 to 60 minutes of my life for them to tell me it's being looked at and someone will update me.

UPDATE: contacted them as instructed and it's even worse now. They sent me an email that is complete nonsense, with parts of my complaint mixed with internal communications telling the agent what to tell me...

No hot water for over a week

We've had to wait for a week to get an appointment just for them to not even call us when they've allegedly been to our property. The appointment is now marked as complete with no notification of why they didn't show up or called or anything. We're left with no hot water for another undetermined period of time now.

Great value retreat in Greece!

This is my second etu retreat this year, as I was with them in Crete in May and I loved it so much that I had to go back!
Everything is great: the timetable and workouts, the gorgeous resort with many swimming pools and private coves, the delicious and varied food (it's all inclusive!), and the lovely instructors!
The price is great for what you get. I will definitely be booking another retreat soon!

Best fitness holiday ever!

I love an active holiday, and this one was great from start to finish. The workouts are varied and can be very challenging, with different options for all fitness levels. The resort is huge, with many swimming pools and private coves, and the food is delicious. Terrell and Chris are amazing instructors and hosts, and they went out of their way to ensure we had the best fitness holiday ever.
Already thinking of booking my next trip with them!

Great product for nature lovers!

I am in love with my BirdBuddy since I got it! It took the birds in my garden a few days to find it, but once they got used to it I'm getting a lot of activity, and I couldn't enjoy it more! The cute bird postcards brighten up my days, and with longer days and the solar roof attachment I barely need to recharge the battery, which is also great!

Too long to process a pretty straightforward claim

The claim took inexplicable long to resolve (over 2 months), when it was a pretty straightforward case and we had just claimed the part of the invoice we knew was covered by our policy. After over 2 months we got a favorable resolution, "explaining" that we were only getting paid for part of the claim as the other part was not covered. We were aware of that and made that clear when submitting the claim, only claiming for what was covered, so the delay feels quite unnecessary as it was all in order.

On top of that, there were no updates about the delay, and we were only told that they were working on it when we asked about it.

Fast and good overall service

Fast delivery and good overall service. The tracking information was not very accurate, and the e-mails telling me that the parcels were out for delivery were sent when the delivery was already here. Sending them when the parcel actually goes out and not when it arrives would be helpful.

They didn't attempt delivery and rescheduled for no reason

I have been home all day waiting for a parcel and all of a sudden I get a notification that it has been impossible to get access to my property and it will be rescheduled. There is no special access required, I don't have any notes or have been notified of the "attempted deliver", so it has simply been a lie.
Impossible to contact them on the phone, and the live chat was a joke with no help at all.
AVOID.
Update: The day after, I spent an hour by the window when the driver was nearby and all of a sudden status changed to Delivered, but no one even approached the property. The parcel is nowhere to be found and the people on the web chat tell me that they launched an investigation and I need to wait until I get an answer.

Worst customer service EVER

They continued to charge me after I froze my membership due to covid. It took me months to get the issue "fixed", having to repeat the full story up to four times to a new team member each time every few weeks as they were treating the incident as new. Had to cancel my direct debit as they were clearly ignoring me and they wouldn't return my money. In the end they lied to my face by promising I would get my membership extended for the time I was charged and had not been able to enjoy. I agreed to those terms and when I asked for it to happen they said they couldn't do it and I had to ask my club.
CHOOSE ANY OTHER GYM.
