Missing parcel yet again.
On Monday my parcel was arriving, then it was delayed. They would let me know what was happening Tuesday. Nothing. They will look into it. Wednesday Evri managed to deliver a parcel. Unfortunately not the one from Monday. Still looking into it. Created an incident number…………..the next step can usually take up to a month. I’ve been here before. No consideration at all, no communication, useless. UPDATE after my review Claire emailed me. They would try to get my parcel out last night. If not, do not worry it would be sorted the next morning, if it wasn’t she would contact me by 10am………2pm still nothing. Evri, as usual are not very communicative. Poor parcel service, poor customer service
