Normally I would have given 4 or 5 stars but since they changed the return process it has been nothing but a disaster in trying to get stuff back. Over 4 days to generate a QR code is utterly unacceptable. Don’t answer phone either!! Think of improving your customer service!!. This has been enough to put me off buying from you.
