Normally I would have given 4 or 5…

Normally I would have given 4 or 5 stars but since they changed the return process it has been nothing but a disaster in trying to get stuff back. Over 4 days to generate a QR code is utterly unacceptable. Don’t answer phone either!! Think of improving your customer service!!. This has been enough to put me off buying from you.

I asked David and his team to…

I asked David and his team to custom-make a watch strap to go with my TB BUTI Lulu watch. the original strap had disintegrated over the years with use. Unfortunately, I could not get hold of this strap, so I asked David to make me one to fit my watch. He did and it was an absolutely stunning job. Finally, after years of not being able to wear my watch, I can now wear my TB BUTI again|| Great job, excellent work and not stupidly expensive either - Thank you

Counterfeit drunken elephant cream nothing like the original one. Came fro China says it all!!!! Do not use.Avoid.
