We’re not a third-party service or complaints management company and do not act or look into matters on behalf of users. Instead, we are a user controlled complaint resolution service, that aims to make the complaint process easier and more efficient.

Our service has helped over 5 million people sort out complaints - completely free of charge. Based on feedback from our users, companies often respond more quickly and effectively when a case is raised through our platform.

However, we cannot guarantee a positive outcome to any case - it is, in the end, up to the company you are complaining to, to resolve the issue. In any case of a limited or unsatisfactory response from a company we would advise you to be as proactive as possible with your communications - the escalation levels should help you contact someone higher up in the organisation, or seek independent review from a regulatory body, where possible.
