Non delivery yet again

Non delivery yet again. Last week Evri misplaced (their description not mine) my parcel, but not to worry they are still looking for it 5 days later. So when I ordered a new suit (husband has an important meeting on Monday) I was horrified when I saw that the delivery company was Evri. Delivery due today. Delivery slot came and went no delivery. Again. Not to worry (they keep telling me this) they will be in touch Monday. Too little too late. I inevitably worry now every time I see that Evri is the carrier of any of my online purchases.
Note to Trustpilot, could you please do a 0 stars or even minus stars especially for my Evri reviews.
UPDATE does anyone read or believe or care about the stock same reply that Evri gives to each complaint? They do not care, they cannot be bothered and they do absolutely nothing. Ooh and they tell the seller they have attempted delivery when they haven’t. Naughty!
