I'm absolutely livid with tjc they gave…

I'm absolutely livid with tjc they gave me a tracking number I checked this out and it would seem that my order has been delivered to someone else I don't recognise the door I don't recognise the the name of the person . I believe it's the responsibility of tjc to contact royal mail to find out exactly were the parcel was delivered and who signed for the parcel. Tjc have asked for my details twice I'm absolutely furious I've given them my name my address and my house number what more do I have to give tjc . I also took a picture of my front door with my name plate on my front door as well what more can I do to prove I did not receive my parcel and I did not sign for the parcel. This is the third time that tjc has asked me for my information I'm absolutely livid tjc has all my information from previous emails that I've sent them I even went out of my way to send them a photo of my front door which has my name on the door. Now that I've sent tjc for third time running my details they need to start acting on the issue of the missing order I'm absolutely livid.

Our records confirm it was dispatched via Royal Mail, and initially their tracking showed a proof of delivery. Following your report, further checks confirmed that the package was returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt.

We have now received the item back on 15-08-25, and our team is already processing it. As per your request to our Customer Service team, we have shared your preference for a refund, which will be completed shortly.
