Because I'm not overly keen on technology I had some trouble trying to order something online I cannot thank the staff I spoke to this morning enough for all the help and there patience with me today. So thank you to everyone at Santander for all the help I received from you today.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this company apparently they delivered my parcel to me this morning and they apparently handed me my parcel and yet I never received it even though I'm home . Can evri explain why my parcel was apparently delivered and handed to and yet I'm sitting at home empty handed. Please explain this to me . I've been home since Monday and you apparently delivered and handed me my parcel on the 9/12/2025 and yet I'm sitting at home empty handed. Disgusting delivery service.

Oshindo Osaka I purchased the day and night cream eye cream cleanser and you got exfoliating face wash free I have noticed a improvement on my in a matter of a couple of days using these products . I'm extremely critical when it comes to products like this but I'm extremely overwhelmed by how fresh my skin is looking . My skin was looking very tired . I'm 58 years old I've given my age because I've noticed than young models are used for skin care products so this gives you an idea how good oshindo Osaka face products are . Very happy. I purchased my products from tjc tv.

I'm not going paperless that's for…

I'm not going paperless that's for sure. The council expects everyone to own computers and mobile phones . I do believe my council tax money is paying for the letters you send out to us about our council tax . It's about the only thing we get for our money apart from getting our buckets emptied and even that's been cut back buckets are always over flowing . Bin men look inside the buckets of there's not much on n them they don't even bother to empty them I've already complained about this issue. It's always we need to cut back well they want to start collecting all the council tax money that's owed to them I know someone that owes thousands but because there self employed nothing has been done so the rest of us are penalised for paying an outrageous amount of money and for what.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the delivery service I was supposed to receive from Hermes and now I've received an email from Amazon stating that they attempted to deliver my order what absolute rubbish I've been home all day today I've never left the flat no one pressed my intercom buzzer or rang my bell or knocked on my front door. Amazon are liars you made no attempt to get access to the building at all . I should know I've never left my flat today the 15/10/2025. Before emailing me try and get your facts right . Now I'm furious at the lies Amazon seem to think they can get away with.

I'm absolutely livid my parcel is supposed to be delivered today and I only found out that my parcel is not being delivered until next working day if that even happens I'm absolutely furious I'm a split shifts worker who places orders on the basis that I on a day off so that I can take possession of my own parcels . Disgusting service I've sat home all day today to just find out now that parcel is not being delivered. Just found my parcel dumped outside the building the delivery person didn't even bother to press my intercom buzzer my parcel could have been stolen like the last few parcels I've been waiting on in the past what an absolute disgusting delivery company this is . You may have changed your name but you've certainly not changed one bit with regards to delivering parcels straight to the customer I was home there was no excuse for my parcel to be dumped outside the building. I will be contacting the seller regarding this issue.

Twice I've written to tjc without any…

Twice I've written to tjc without any response from them . I purchased a a couple things from the jewellery channel on budget pay I keep my invoices I mark of each month when payment has been taken from my bank account but now the jewellery channel has started using my email address to send me reminders of when payments are due I did not give tjc permission to use my email address in this way so you unless tjc stop sending these reminders to my email address I have no alternative but to delete my email address. It's completely unacceptable to assume you have the right to use my email address in this way without my permission it seems that tjc are taking liberties with email address without my consent. I'm well aware payment is due the money is in my account. What part of my review does the jewellery channel not understand I've emailed you people on 2 occasions not to send email updates regarding my budget pay on items that I purchased from your channel I did not give you permission to send updated payments I've made and payments that are due . I keep all invoices mark the payments off when payments have been made I do not need reminded this through an email. I'm absolutely furious that you think it's okay to use my email address in this way without my permission. Update I've taken care of the issue I've decided to block you from my email address. And the reason you could not get me on the phone is because I do split shifts .

Excellent delivery service kept updated. I purchased a beautiful king size bed from Wayfair excellent quality . I've purchased a few things from Wayfair and I highly recommend Wayfair. I will most definitely be ordering more things from Wayfair I think it will be bedroom furniture next.

Absolutely disgusting first ,y order…

Absolutely disgusting first my order goes missing then I find out that my order has been delivered to another address then tjc informs that the order had been returned to them I've emailed tjc several times asking them not dispatch the order as it's no longer wanted due to the stress that I was put under when the order was delivered to someone else's address and not mine . I would not wish that kind of stress on anyone. I'm still waiting on an answer from tjc that they haven't dispatched the order and that my money will be refunded. I'm absolutely livid at the lack of communication from tjc regarding the return of my money. You have my order number so it will be easier for you to deal with this ongoing issue.

I'm absolutely livid with tjc they gave…

I'm absolutely livid with tjc they gave me a tracking number I checked this out and it would seem that my order has been delivered to someone else I don't recognise the door I don't recognise the the name of the person . I believe it's the responsibility of tjc to contact royal mail to find out exactly were the parcel was delivered and who signed for the parcel. Tjc have asked for my details twice I'm absolutely furious I've given them my name my address and my house number what more do I have to give tjc . I also took a picture of my front door with my name plate on my front door as well what more can I do to prove I did not receive my parcel and I did not sign for the parcel. This is the third time that tjc has asked me for my information I'm absolutely livid tjc has all my information from previous emails that I've sent them I even went out of my way to send them a photo of my front door which has my name on the door. Now that I've sent tjc for third time running my details they need to start acting on the issue of the missing order I'm absolutely livid.

This is the second time I've placed an order with Roman originals within a week. Roman originals said next day delivery I even took a photo stating that this order would be delivered Friday the 27/6/2025 . Upon checking my email it's now saying that my order won't be delivered until Saturday the 28/6/2025 I find this completely unacceptable and Roman originals is starting to become unreliable . And Roman originals never seem to respond to any emails that people send them either. As much as I love there clothing range the unreliable next day delivery is starting to put me of ordering from Roman originals. Don't promise next day delivery if you cannot deliver next day. I'm back to edit my review Roman originals emailed me personally stating that it was standard delivery however I've emailed Roman originals back with a photo of proof of my order stating free next delivery with my order .

I ended up having to call the person…

I ended up having to call the person that I had sent the parcel to since your delivery person failed to put a card through there front door because they weren't home. i would have expected that to be standard procedure when someone is not home . I may have received the information online but the person who was receiving the parcel had no idea that I was sending them a surprise.

Completely agree with others I will…

Completely agree with others I will looking into closing my membership with unison NHS workers get a bigger pay rise than council workers I know NHS workers that are doing a similar job to myself but it seems there worth more than council workers . I will most likely cancel my direct debit tomorrow . Also is it okay for cleaners bin men and woman to get the same pay rise as social care workers who do split shifts work weekends and bank holidays . I'll be lucky if I ever see that £15.00 an hour before I retire that unison promised the workers . It's the same every year with unison our pay rises are just pennies.

Absolutely livid just noticed on my bank statement that whatevehappensknowhow has taking money out of my bank account and I definitely know I did not contact this company to continue this charge I actually assumed they would no longer be taking money out of my bank account because I did not agree to continue with the insurance.Not only that this company took 2 payments from my bank account in one month. I'm absolutely livid I've cancelled the direct debit with my bank and I've now just cancelled the direct debit with this company today the 12/6/2025 I will be checking my next bank statement when it comes in. Wish I could take a picture to show the proof that this company took money out of my bank account twice in one month. I wasn't left any opinion it was fact it clearly said next day delivery and as your very well aware of this since I did send you the photo evidence onto you after my order was placed stating next day delivery . And I don't like being called a liar . If I could I would most definitely have put the picture up on trust pilot to prove that it clearly states next day delivery.

Called capital cars to book a taxi for tonight ended up hanging up I'm not leaving a reservation for a taxi on a machine how do I even know if the taxi is booked and it will be there to pick us up on time. Considering I don't have a mobile phone there would be no way of getting confirmation . Apart from that I'm not exactly a fan of technology . I ended up booking a taxi with another company we're you get to talk to a real person.

Evri apparently an attempted delivery…

Evri apparently an attempted delivery on Saturday the 17/5/2025 . As far as I'm aware there was no attempt to deliver my parcel no one pressed my intercom buzzer. I was at home waiting on this parcel I cannot get out due to a broken ankle but I can answer my intercom buzzer and my front door to give access to the building. I checked the tracking and all I could see was a photo of the parcel and concrete behind the parcel this is not evidence enough to say that there was an attempt to deliver my parcel as I did not see the buildings front door or the door number in the picture. I'm absolutely livid. I've contacted evri more than once since the 17/5/2025 and I'm still waiting on a response from evri. I will be at home all day this week I cannot get out of the flat with a broken ankle.

Absolutely shocking delivery service I…

Absolutely shocking delivery service I was waiting on more than one thing being delivered by Amazon however I noticed part of my order was delivered but the Amazon delivery person had clicked off that he had delivered my order for catsan litter X2 20 litres but I had to chase the delivery person down with a broken ankle and asked about my cat litter the delivery guy asked why I couldn't wait untill he had finished doing his deliveries I told him that he should not have said that he had delivered my cat litter when in actual fact he hadn't delivered my cat litter. I'm absolutely furious of the constant lies of delivery people via Amazon or evri. Do not say that you've delivered something when in actual fact that you have not delivered the item in question.
