Ordered 12 days ago and still nothing

Ordered 12 days ago, on 22nd it said evri had my parcel and no update since. I emailed zooplus and no reply so i emailed again and no reply.
What the f×ck is going on? This is for pets its not like they can go get it themselves, they rely us on getting it from somewhere that is reliable which obviously you are not.
Either give me a refund as i had to go get more food or send me another box out (free shipping as i saw you tried to charge another person on here) and hope it doesnt magically disappear (if it ever existed to begin with lol)
