Scammers

I set up a contract with One Utility energy who is part of Rebel energy, basically they arw a third party company that put all your electricty and water (or gas) together so it is one payment. This was recommended by my letting agency so i had trust in them.
I am in a small 1 bed flat, averaging £40 per month for both water and elec, one utility were charging me a crazy £275 a month at a set rate! I was stuck in this ludricrous contract, paid each month til november which i luckily escaped, i paid a £100 early leaving fee but infact i paid £200 as i paid the first 1 manually (they asked) then they automatically took a second the same day (no refund for that.) Then today i have an email stating i owe rebel energy money and if i don't pay they will take legal action and i will have to pay for solicitors and courtcase.
I owe nothing i paid the last £275 on 19th November and the fees took in December.
I had always checked the website for upcoming payments and it said was up to date and nothing left to pay, todat a man emailed me and asked if my details were the same and within a minute it was updated on the website as a new payment and the payment took from my bank account.
Both corrupt companies, scammers and i will never see any of that money again.

THREATENING EMAILS!

Got an email today stating i owe £100 or they will further this to a court case, i stopped the contract back in nivember as they were charging me an insane £275 for a tiny 1 bed flat! I paid the £100 leaving fee, this came out twice out of my bank. And now this threatening email saying if i dont pay they will pass over to solicitor.
Disgusting behaviour and i dont even know if they are a real company they as so dodgy its unreal.
When i changed to edf they called ne and said they don't trust edf lol and am i making the right decision haha!

Ordered 12 days ago and still nothing

Ordered 12 days ago, on 22nd it said evri had my parcel and no update since. I emailed zooplus and no reply so i emailed again and no reply.
What the f×ck is going on? This is for pets its not like they can go get it themselves, they rely us on getting it from somewhere that is reliable which obviously you are not.
Either give me a refund as i had to go get more food or send me another box out (free shipping as i saw you tried to charge another person on here) and hope it doesnt magically disappear (if it ever existed to begin with lol)

They over charge you

Been with them since around october, it was around £49 per month but i only use an average of £30 a month max now and they are still charging me the full amount. I asked for a credit refund earlier and it disappeared and a bill appeared from 30th june - 7th july of £29 and the credit was gone?! Yet the previous june bill had already been paid (more than i should have by £16)
The whatsapp is slow and they disregard anything you say

Scam!

Scam!
Asks you for a small fee for a test and secretly charges £49.99 each month!
Now i have had to freeze my card as i need them stopped by fraud team

Charged me £275 a month!

Charged me £275 a month for water and electric for a 1 bed flat single occupancy that i barely use any of it! closed the account in November and now they are emailing me asking for meter readings when i paid the last extortionate amount in november including £100 fees. Don't join unless you want to be fully ripped off and hounded.
Also i had an email from rebel energy saying i had not been paying bills....that one utility are meant to do for you...so where was my money going? Do not bother replying to this review i don't want to hear the excuses. Then on a phonecall they bad mouthed the energy company i switched to that is only £40 a month.
seriously any one reading this please avoid!

Charged 3 times in one month

I have been charged 3 times in December full amounts, then twice in January?! i have never gone over the bill amount as i am in a 1 bed flat but this is extortionate.
