Complaints about stays booked don't get answered!!!
I booked a hotel in Rhodes and stayed there 2 weeks ago, I wrote to Booking.com and complained about the place 3 times but have heard nothing. They keep writing asking for the information of booking number which I have given but still no response.
Very bad customer service and by the looks of the negative comments on Trustpilot that they haven't responded to, its obvious they don't care! AVOID! I have had to go to my credit card company to reverse the charge!
11 emails sent and still no response!!! Dreadful service!!! AVOID their staff are VERY RUDE in their overseas call centre //// THEY CUT YOU OFF WHEN THINGS DONT GO THEIR WAY//// DESPICABLE COMPANY
