Is a downside to my situation but, they are great..

It was a little difficult to get in touch with them, the website gives a phone number customer support line but then it says to go to the website. After I finally got to the proper chat it was a simple fix, my account was reactivated with the same number and I’m able to use my account again. The only downside was that when my account was deactivated I didn’t know and when I figured it out, I did get my number back but lost all the data that was there and was still charged for the month it was deactivated. I feel if you are going to charge me then you should still have my past faxes.

Please note that phone support is not available for your account; however, our team is always available via chat and email to assist you. Also, for security reasons, once an account is closed, the system does not retain past history. That said, you will still have access to your received faxes through the registered email address on file.
