Is a downside to my situation but, they are great..
It was a little difficult to get in touch with them, the website gives a phone number customer support line but then it says to go to the website. After I finally got to the proper chat it was a simple fix, my account was reactivated with the same number and I’m able to use my account again. The only downside was that when my account was deactivated I didn’t know and when I figured it out, I did get my number back but lost all the data that was there and was still charged for the month it was deactivated. I feel if you are going to charge me then you should still have my past faxes.
