Terrible after sales service and can’t accept that bulbs were faulty! Have sent information they requested, photos, they also requested, but the bulbs worked when they were installed, (literally a couple of weeks ago, and they stopped one by one, on separate circuits)
Asked to speak to the electrician but I’m not going to insult him. I’ve had to buy additional bulbs, (from elsewhere), and they work! Proves the ones they sent were faulty! Wouldn’t recommend, due to poor returns/refunds policy! Saving money was the reason I shopped there, but it’s costing me more!
