Twice I've written to tjc without any…

Twice I've written to tjc without any response from them . I purchased a a couple things from the jewellery channel on budget pay I keep my invoices I mark of each month when payment has been taken from my bank account but now the jewellery channel has started using my email address to send me reminders of when payments are due I did not give tjc permission to use my email address in this way so you unless tjc stop sending these reminders to my email address I have no alternative but to delete my email address. It's completely unacceptable to assume you have the right to use my email address in this way without my permission it seems that tjc are taking liberties with email address without my consent. I'm well aware payment is due the money is in my account. What part of my review does the jewellery channel not understand I've emailed you people on 2 occasions not to send email updates regarding my budget pay on items that I purchased from your channel I did not give you permission to send updated payments I've made and payments that are due . I keep all invoices mark the payments off when payments have been made I do not need reminded this through an email. I'm absolutely furious that you think it's okay to use my email address in this way without my permission. Update I've taken care of the issue I've decided to block you from my email address. And the reason you could not get me on the phone is because I do split shifts .

Please be assured that we have made multiple attempts to contact you by phone to discuss your account, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. We completely understand your preference to stop receiving payment reminder emails, and we can certainly arrange to cease these communications.

However, please note that if we stop all email communications, you will also no longer receive important emails related to your orders, such as order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and refund updates.
