It seems there may have been some misunderstanding about what Resolver is. To clarify, Resolver is a free service that helps people raise complaints about UK-based businesses and organisations. We don’t act as a third party, become involved in individual cases, or take commission from companies. Our platform simply aims to make the complaints process easier and more efficient for users.
Our service has helped over 5 million people sort out complaints completely free of charge, and based on feedback from our users, companies tend to respond more quickly, and effectively when a case is raised through our platform.
However, we can’t guarantee a positive outcome to any case - it is, in the end, up to the company you are complaining to, to resolve the issue. In any case of a limited or unsatisfactory response from a company we would advise you to be as proactive as possible with your communications - the escalation levels should help you contact someone higher up in the organisation, or seek independent review from a regulatory body, if this is possible.
