Overall good but could’ve been less stressful
Overall good, the app is useful and smooth, communication was mostly clear.
Struggled when we got to mortgage offer stage, this was delayed for 3 weeks as CLG had confusion around their correct address for our broker to send our offer to. Broker also found this stressful.
Did find I had to do a lot of chasing between our agent, CLG, buyer and purchase solicitor - didn’t expect to be so involved in asking for an update/chasing for answers when we were so responsive with what was required from us. At times it just felt completely unresponsive from CLG. Made 17 phone calls chasing all parties involved on a Friday to ensure exchange happened, incredibly stressful.
