I bought the tickets/vouchers via Indytute, it was so easy and the customer service has been great as we had to reschedule a few times. My fiancé and I attended the kintsugi workshop with Claire on Valentine’s Day and we loved it! We have 2 beautiful decorative plates in our home now as a cute memory. The process was super clear and easy to get up to speed with, the venue is nicely tucked away out of busy central London and we thought the timing was great. We didn’t feel like it was too short or too long. Claire is lovely and we’d highly recommend! We have 2 souvenirs now and have learnt a new skill :)

Didn’t deliver my parcel, sent me proof of delivery of a different parcel sent from ASOS. Horrific customer service - stuck with an AI assistant and zero way to speak to a human. Return/refund process is shocking, still waiting for a refund. Would never use again.

Overall good, the app is useful and smooth, communication was mostly clear.
Struggled when we got to mortgage offer stage, this was delayed for 3 weeks as CLG had confusion around their correct address for our broker to send our offer to. Broker also found this stressful.
Did find I had to do a lot of chasing between our agent, CLG, buyer and purchase solicitor - didn’t expect to be so involved in asking for an update/chasing for answers when we were so responsive with what was required from us. At times it just felt completely unresponsive from CLG. Made 17 phone calls chasing all parties involved on a Friday to ensure exchange happened, incredibly stressful.

Very thorough, efficient and communication was excellent throughout. Thank you for helping me through an ambiguous time and securing the best deal.

I used Vision Direct for 10 years for my daily disposable lenses - (I recently had laser eye surgery so will no longer require lenses.) The website is so easy to use, the re-order in 3 clicks function was so useful as it also reminded me to order via email and text each month. The lenses (Dailies Total 1) were really good quality and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The little packet of sweets in each parcel was also a very nice touch🙂

The experience was life-changing and I’d highly recommend Optical Express to anyone considering laser eye surgery. I had the Lasik iDesign treatment at the Harley Street clinic and the procedure itself was over in about 5 minutes. My vision was pretty much perfect the next day I woke up and continued improving everyday since. The staff at Harley Street were very reassuring and polite always, the entire experience here was seamless.
