Didn’t deliver my parcel, abysmal customer service
Didn’t deliver my parcel, sent me proof of delivery of a different parcel sent from ASOS. Horrific customer service - stuck with an AI assistant and zero way to speak to a human. Return/refund process is shocking, still waiting for a refund. Would never use again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent experience. Really sorry to hear you've not received your refund.
We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.
