If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lowell closed my accounts, but are still reporting them on my credit file. Absolutely shocking customer service and aggressive on the telephone, need to learn how to speak with people who are vulnerable and ill.

Reply from Lowell that they have sent a DM is not true. No DM has been received.
