We brought strike in for repairs and service,Sam asked all the relevant questions to help him with the diagnosis. Sam also left us to look at the selection of bike's. He then guided me around the track and explained everything thoroughly. With patience and very calming manner(perfect for me being older) he's an absolute asset to jorvik.we will return in a few weeks to pick up my new trike!.many many thanks.
