Aftercare Service Shocking

Our Dishwasher stopped working and I thought it's ok I've got an aftercare plan. Little did I know trying make an appointment for an Engineer is virtually impossible.
Tried on the website for 2 days but wasn't working, tried WhatsApp and ended up blocked out of the App for 24 hours. Phonelines, waste of time then finally managed to do an online chat that was so painful, responses were that slow I could have washed a dishwasher full of pots by hand, dried them & put them all away by the time I was offered an appointment slot.
Engineer couldn't come out for a week, so accepted appointment even though it wasn't convenient. Arranged for time off work only to receive a text message less than 24 hours before advising "Sorry your engineer is no longer available. A new appointment date will be sent soon".
Great, lets mess the customer around even more, so now I need to change arrangements to be home on another date they decide they might just be available.!!
