Sadly this lawn mower is the worse piece of machinery I have ever brought, it has a mowing time with both batteries required of 15mins and a recharge time of one hour,
This does not even cut my borders in that time let alone a lawn.

Thank you for the feedback but this was actually a service review request, a separate request is sent for you to review the actual product.
We do however understand your frustrations but I'm sure you can see that is is disappointing for us to have a 1 star service review for a product we supplied to you without any prior advice (reading back on emails exchanged with our customer service team it appears this machine was recommended to you by an alternative service agent - perhaps they are most deserving of the 1 star?).
If you could move this review to the Product section it would be most appreciated.
