Really poor Customer Service
Really poor Customer Service. I applied for a new phone and contract but because I had a beard on my passport photo, the Affirm AI couldn't identify me. I contacted customer service and explained that I needed help to prove who I said I was, but now we have AI in control, there is no work around. Humans are no longer required because AI is in charge and unless you fit the AI's profile, you can't get anywhere. I bought the iphone 17 and sim deal from Mozillion, because they were the cheapest for both the phone and sim but if anything goes wrong, I'll only have AI to rely on so I'm going to look for another sim deal, even if it's more expensive. Got an email from Mozillion customer service yesterday asking if there was still a problem with Affirm. They didn't even know that I had to buy the phone outright. Maybe AI forgot to tell them.
