You are unbelievable. Just closed a complaint with you regarding my meter readings been going on for years. I sent my latest readings to you on the 8th of this month as requested. I was told they had been received and added to my account. Today I received an email from you telling me that Morrisons' data needs to come out to read my meters - what is the matter with you? You tell me one thing over the phone and then do exactly the opposite. I was specifically told by one of your customer complaints operatives that this problem would NO longer happen to me. What good is that promise? When a few days later you go back on it.
