The whole process was effortless because of the professional service. The people who looked after from the start was Lee then Stewart took over as Lee had to go on leave. Stewart obviously has years of experience because he contacted me every day keeping up to date and was extremely helpful. I noticed my wheel had some damaged the next day called Stewart and by the end of the day had it all organised and will be fixed. Definitely going back to trade in with these guys when I decide to get a newer model. Brilliant is all I can say and over the moon with my eqs.
