Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Just bought our second car from Vertu Mercedes Beaconsfield. Lee Hamer helped us once again and was great from start to finish. He was patient and incredibly responsive, and also helped us with a courtesy car whilst we were waiting for our vehicle. Great experience all round and we’re enjoying our GLE. As mentioned this is the second time I have bought a car from Lee at Beaconsfield and will definitely go back next time I need to change my car.

Disappointing
Not sure if it was idiosyncratic to my salesman, but he was unhelpful and unresponsive to emails and calls.
The whole actual process was mismanaged as well with piecemeal information requested, which was annoying.

Mercedes Beaconsfield new vehicle purchase
Initially I was looking at a used Mercedes GLC but current offers changed my purchase decision to new!
Elodie was our salesperson. From initial taking out the used vehicle for a test drive to sitting through the options afterwards, she was patient and gave us the time to consider the options. From order to picking up was just 3 weeks!
Overall we are very happy with the experience.

Excellent service and
frequent and constant communication and they were fair to negotiate with. They gave me competitive deal on my car and the whole process was quick and smooth. Viewed the car on Sat and drove off in new car on Wed. Quick and painless process and a good outcome for both of us.

Tried buying a GLE Coupe 68 plate today…
Tried buying a GLE Coupe 68 plate today from this place today. I placed a deposit 2 days ago and went to visit them today. I told them over the phone that the car had two previous impacts from the rear and they said they knew nothing about it. Once attended I realised the rear bumper was sprayed and it was bubling up. The front near lamp was also aiming high and which was an advisory on the previous MOT meaning the car had previous accidents ( at least 3 times).
Anyway knowing all these I still went to see the car and asked for a diagnostic report of the car as the car seemed to have previous problems. The sales guy called ROHIL was very unprofessional and his response was not happening no chance in a very unprofessional manner.
Overall this place is no where near a dealer, I have been buying Mercedes for over 15 years and the customer service has never been as bad as this place. I will never return as a customer nor recommend their services. Report is attached to this review.

Thank you for your feedback, we do pride ourselves in great customer service and pleased our scores over several measures say this, however on this occasion we appear to have fallen short of your expectations. I do apologies for this, and will conduct a full investigation internally to ascertain how we can learn and be better from this example.
The car enquired about is some 7 years old and would therefore not be uncommon for some repair work to have been undertaken, we would not be privy to the full extent of these details unless were of a more severe case, one should not be assumptive of such history. Furthermore, we do not allow 3rd party devices to be used on our cars, only trained technicians and original MB equipment are used to check all vehicles.

The whole process was effortless…
The whole process was effortless because of the professional service. The people who looked after from the start was Lee then Stewart took over as Lee had to go on leave. Stewart obviously has years of experience because he contacted me every day keeping up to date and was extremely helpful. I noticed my wheel had some damaged the next day called Stewart and by the end of the day had it all organised and will be fixed. Definitely going back to trade in with these guys when I decide to get a newer model. Brilliant is all I can say and over the moon with my eqs.

Responded quickly to my enquiry, good with comms and information. We're flexible and able to meet my timescales. Were reasonable at negotiations. Good handover and very easy to get through all the paperwork. Very happy with car.

I recently took delivery of my car from this dealership, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Harriet, Sales executive was incredibly helpful, proactive, and attentive throughout the whole process. They kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure everything was smooth and stress-free.
Their professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I’m extremely happy with both the service and the final handover of the car that was managed by Ameeka, Sales Executive.
I highly recommend this dealership—and especially the sales executives I have mentioned—to anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant car-buying experience.

We attended the Beaconsfield branch…
We attended the Beaconsfield branch where we met Harriet who was very personable and went through the options of buying a used or a new car. We went for a new CLE coupe, this wasn’t straight forward as a lot of checks ie financial/ ID etc we had to go through but Harriet kept us updated throughout resulting in us collecting our brand new car yesterday which we love. It was made clear to us that if we had any issues or didn’t know how to work the apps we simply had to contact them. All in all a good experience.
