Overpriced and not boxed
Ordered a lovely overpriced mug for my friends birthday becausethe logo on it suited her personality. It took 3 weeks to arrive (which was after her birthday) and my main gripe is it wasn't even in a box. I sell mugs myself through my business so luckily had a box to put it in but I am shocked that any mug, especially one that's overpriced would arrive wrapped in bubble wrap only

When I contacted you on 12th you actually stated that you would have the order despatched the following week, as her birthday wasn't until the weekend I was optimistic that it would still arrive in time. You actually marked it as despatched on the Friday night but it wasn't collected by Royal Mail until the following Monday. Also, I don't recall your email offering a refund however I am aware of my consumer rights.
