Repeated Repairs and a Christmas Day Failure
We experienced a hugely frustrating and disappointing issue with our Whirlpool oven, which left us without a reliable appliance over the Christmas period.
An engineer attended on 24/11/25 to address a fault. During this visit, the oven door was dismantled and left in pieces, rendering the oven completely unusable. Instead of resolving the issue, the situation was made significantly worse.
It then took three separate engineer visits before the door was finally reassembled and the oven made operational again on 22/12/25, just days before Christmas.
Unfortunately, on 25/12/25 (Christmas Day), while cooking our turkey, the oven failed again.
Weeks of disruption, repeated repairs, and a breakdown on Christmas Day is completely unacceptable for a major household appliance. Based on this experience, I have very little confidence in the reliability of the product or the repair process.
