Bought an item that has never worked
Bought an item that has never worked. Really disappointed with the quality of item for price paid. Do not expect to have issues with a brand new item. Would not use Ann Summers again due to this experience.
Have been away. Have provided you with details requested. Not impressed that a brand new product doesnt work at all. Also not had a response since providing you with this information.
When you did respond you just asked me for the same information again. As I bought an item that never worked I might aswell have thrown my money in the bin. Customer service awful.

Sorry to hear the product wasn't working on arrival - this can sometimes happen with electrical goods despite our keen focus on QA'ing products before they are accepted from suppliers.
I can see you contacted us on 4 Jan to seek support, but we haven't had a response to our message. If you could get back to us, that would be lovely.
I've escalated your latest contact to the Head of Customer Services, in any case so she and I can keep an eye on it - and we look forward to your response.
