Have used French Bedroom company a few…

Have used French Bedroom company a few times with no issue. I recently completed a survey by them where they offered a free gift. Was disappointed this was sent but they had not paid enough postage so I had to pay this. Not sure how you could not calculatr correct postage for a small light item. Whereas I have had this refunded it was not worth the time and effort.

There is nothing good to say about…

There is nothing good to say about Evri. Deliveries are not handed to recipient even when in. No care taken in delivering. Logged a complaint about a certain delivery and quite obvious customer service dont even read what they are replying to which sums up what Evri thinks or how they treat their customers. Awful delivery service even worse customer service.

But your response is just a standard response to a review. I have already dealt with you directly prompting me to write this review so contacting you again is not going to make any difference, You don't even acknowledge the issues raised in a complaint and completely ignore what your customers are saying. Its copy and pasted replies to the customer. Evri is not known for their customer service and I have experienced first hand why.

The most incompetent company I have…

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Having to raise a formal complaint with them to try and get money back for an item that has never worked. Lost count of the amount of times I have been asked for my personal information even after they have responded saying I can send the product back. The customer service is beyond horrendous they don't even read what they are responding to. I would never shop there again after this experience. I didn't have a good opinion of them before but since complaining my opinion has got far worse. Save your money and shop elsewhere much better companies out there.

I had to take my issue to Resolver as dealing with Ann Summers directly was not working. You just kept asking for same info. Copy and pasted replies. This issue has since been resolved after a few months and many repeated requests for information through Resolver. Although how poor the customer service has been will stop me from using Ann Summers again. Awful and prolonged poor customer service experience.

Poor customer service experience

Poor customer service experience. Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. Paid extra for the flowers to be delivered on a specific day. They delivered a day early which defeats the object of paying more for the flowers to be delivered on a specific day. I was notified that a delivered to a safe place card had been left. It hadn't but the flowers had been left in the porch of the recipient when they were in. No attempt was made to let them know they were being delivered. I had to contact the recipient to tell them to check around their house. Not what you expect to have to do when paying for a service. Not impressed with the customer service response of this poor experience that sometimes we deliver early if there are delays in that area. We hope you still like the flowers. Totally ignoring the poor customer service issue highlighted just we will pass it on more like we are fobbing the customer off.

Already contacted you by email which prompted me to leave the review! It feels you don't even read the reviews as you would see I said I felt I was fobbed off by customer service and now you are asking me to contact you again. Generic response to review left by yourselves. Adding to poor experience

Using panel station has been a complete waste of time. Can't redeem rewards. Contacted customer service twice with no response. The emails I get are flagged by them as unsecure and not to continue. Not a great experience at all. Looking to get all my data removed from them as the customer service experience is poor and lacking.

Opened an account and within half an hour had changed my mind. The email I got sent to access my account did not lead me to be able to log in. Got transferred to a few different departments on the phone. Even after pressing the department you wanted you then had a series of options which weren't relevant. The advisor did not seem interested. Had to jump through hoops to cancel including sending an email and he kept repeating himself from what was obviously a script and questions I had already said no to. Glad I was able to change my mind. Use online banking all the time. This was not an easy and seamless experience and would not want to transfer a large amount of money to this institution.

Amazon has become horrendous to deal…

Amazon has become horrendous to deal with. Had two items received late in a few weeks. The amount of time have had to spend on chat to resolve does not make it worth ordering with Amazon. The associates are pleasant. But today I have been passed to three associates and still don't have an answer to the issue resolved. The bonus of ordering with Amazon always used to be items received quickly. Not the case any more time to shop elsewhere as they have lost their edge.

Having to go to CISAS as Sky refuse to…

Having to go to CISAS as Sky refuse to refund money for services not installed. Doing everything to stall giving it back. Being passed from department to department. Having to phone up to cancel a service they never set up. Doing everything to make things as difficult as possible for the non customer. Saying my complaint has been referred to a different department so they can't deal with it. This has been going on for three months. If you take Sky out be warned that they will withold money without authority. They are making money by not giving this money back. If they do this to every customer you can see where the issue is.

Hi Laura. I have blocked all contact from Sky as that is how frustrating dealing with yourselves has been. I have no more time and energy to deal with Sky and previously referred to the Ombudsman about your practices and conduct. I will not be dealing with Sky directly any more as you have had every chance to resolve this after numerous contact. Just referring me to the same channels I am complaining about sums up Skys customer service or lack of!! The worst internet company to date I have dealt with.

The worst courier company out there

The worst courier company out there. Ordered an item to receive next day. Cancelling before receiving. Didn't think Evri could get any worse but can't deliver parcel as its bigger than expected and needs a specialist evri delivery driver. Its one pair of trousers!! Smells of you cant actually do your job and deliver on time. Won't order from anywhere now if I know Evri are the courier. Defeated the whole object of using next day delivery. Unreliable and not to be trusted.

It really isn't though. This is just one of a list of poor experiences with Evri. So not an isolated incident. A non genuine apology and generic response to a review does not make up for sub standard service

Ordered an item to receive next day. Cancelling before receiving. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sky are incompetent and are delaying paying back money for services not installed or used. I have waited months for Sky Broadband to be set up. Three months and still no update from Sky. They keep blaming Openreach. But they shouldn't be selling products if they can't install them. Especially now they are refusing to give back money. Had to phone to cancel. After this get an email saying they can't wait to set up my service. I literally give up dealing with this company. I just want my money back and as they advise to be compensated for my time in a service that they let me take out but couldn't honour. Do not go with Sky if you want hassle, and every excuse under the sun about why they will keep your money. A very unhappy non Sky customer who in many ways is glad they were able to get out whilst they could!

As nice a response as this is it doesnt mean anything as you are just referring me to the same channels that I'm complaining about. You still have my money and contacting you directly does nothing. Why should I waste any more of my time with a company that I am not a customer of yet still have my money. Refusing to give back money until next billing period meaning you make interest on that money!! No amount of compensation or false apologies will make up for three months of wasted time and a broadband company who doesn't provide Broadband or keeps money they are not entitled to.

I've literally had to block you from contacting me. Repeated generic emails. Told to contact you about priority complaint just takes you to a virtual assistant. No actual action or written reponse that looks lije its written by a human. Have completely given up dealing with you

Don't think I could hate a company…

Don't think I could hate a company more. Wait two and a half months for them to not set up a service. Ask for refund as money taken from me. They won't refund until next billing date. I'm no longer a Sky customer because of how bad the customer service is. Keeping money not authorised and witholding on purpose. Couldn't even tell me when they would install the service I took out. If you want incompetency and frustration then Sky is the company for you. Shocking behaviour

No point responding asking me to go to the exact channels I am complaining about. Taken it to the Ombudsman as you are witholding money. I have lost count of the amount of times I have contacted you and got absolutely nowhere. Sending generic responses to emails is not going to resolve this so don't feel you have to respond to reviews as every time it just worsens my opinion of Sky and how poor your customer service is.

Had great customer service at the shop…

Had great customer service at the shop in Cardiff. But since dealing with Sky directly been nothing but problems. It has been over two months since I took a contract out with Sky and still not set up my Broadband. This is over two weeks passed the installation date they gave when taking out the contract. They blame Open Reach but also you have had two months to resolve these issues yet they are still ongoing with Sky not having any information or date they can say that the service will be set up. Sky took money for services not set up. Now having to argue with them to refund. Trying everything they can to delay giving back to the customer. Also ignoring the multiple emails requesting to refund. So a pretty horrendous experience since. Glad that I was given a chance to get out before contracted to them. AWFUL!!!

Yes just the same copied and pasted reply to a review as you sent earlier. Please stop responding to reviews if you can't put any thought, time and effort into them. Yes the Cardiff store and staff were lovely. But still doesn't make up for what a farce Sky have been since. Don't think I could have a worse opinion of a company as to the service failings of sky

I’m glad to read you received great service in the Cardiff shop, but it’s disappointing that things changed once the broadband order moved over to the main system.
Waiting over two months for a service to be set up and then passing the installation date without any clear updates, is completely unacceptable. Even when delays are caused by Openreach, you should always be kept informed, given realistic timelines, and supported throughout the process. You shouldn’t have to chase repeatedly or feel left in the dark.
It’s equally concerning that payment was taken for a service that wasn’t activated, and that you’ve had to argue for a refund instead of it being handled promptly. Ignored emails and delays only add to the frustration, and I’m genuinely sorry you’ve been put through that.

Ring door bell to get access to…

Ring door bell to get access to recipients house then can't be bothered to hand parcel to you. You might aswell leave it outside for all the care you give. One delivery driver did not even acknowledge me or hand the parcel to me. Going to stop ordering if I know Evri are the courier. Might aswell go to the shop and buy the item myself as not worth paying for delivery

Unfortunately that is not the feeling you get when you receive an Evri delivery. You can respond to a poor review but maybe time to actually look at the lack of service you are offering. Evri are renowned for not being a good company to deal with

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Trying to deal with an issue. Quite obvious the person responding hasn't even read the email as sending generic responses. Closing all products just so I dont have to deal with the frustration.

If you had read the actual review you would see I have already advised I don't want to deal with Debenhams. Another example of colleagues at Debenhams not reading what is written and sending a generic response.

Bought an item that has never worked

Bought an item that has never worked. Really disappointed with the quality of item for price paid. Do not expect to have issues with a brand new item. Would not use Ann Summers again due to this experience.

Have been away. Have provided you with details requested. Not impressed that a brand new product doesnt work at all. Also not had a response since providing you with this information.

When you did respond you just asked me for the same information again. As I bought an item that never worked I might aswell have thrown my money in the bin. Customer service awful.

Awful coverage

Awful coverage. I never get above three bars but today I'm at 1. Cant download anything. The service I'm getting is not what was promised in my contract. Vodafones answer go elsewhere! They cant even fix the issues with their own service. I've had more issues than is acceptable when you are paying a provider for a service that you are nowhere near getting. Definitely not a good provider for home workers unless you dont want to do anything!! Video call quality non existent. The list goes on. Just wished Vodafone would actually do something about it. I will just get the standard response to a review to contact them. But contacting them doesnt make any improvements!! I would recommend anybody not to go with Vodafone.

As advised in my initial review I have already contacted you multiple times and never got to the bottom of the worst internet service ever. Day 2 of not being able to download a single thing.

Disappointed

Poor quality items and packaging

Poor quality items and packaging. Could have spent a third of the price and gone to Primark. The parcels did not have a delivery note in them it was as if you were receiving something from Vinted. Sent a feedback email but it doesn't allow you to submit. The list goes on with the negatives on this experience. Used to love visiting Debenhams in store. The quality is just not there anymore. Unsubscribed and wont be shopping at again.

Unfortunately since Debenhams has gone online it's not a brand that is easy to deal with and the quality has gone. I dealt with your customer service directly and they responded as if they were replying to a different email. That's why I unsibscribed from everything would rather shop elsewhere than deal with generic answers, poor customer service and poor quality items/packaging.
