Paid for nominated delivery as the cheese ordered was for a birthday celebration. Orders arrived 3 days late. When I tracked the order I noticed they dispatched it on the day it supposed to arrive at my address, so theres definitely a mix up. They issued a refund for the nominated delivery fee but thats about it. No apology or explanation or anything. They just doesnt care basically.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see we dispatched the item on the 18th to ensure it arrived on the nominated date of the 19th. However, I can also see that the courier did not deliver on this date. Please know this has been raised as feedback for the courier. We are very sorry to see the frustration this matter has resulted in.
