Can’t say how disappointed I am in Candleshack, after many purchases this one took 14days to be dispatched - too late for Christmas scents and so agreed to collect and refund. Still waiting weeks later and messed around on numerous occasions waiting for promised collections that didn’t happen. At this stage I feel they are just holding my money. So frustrating.
