I don’t even know where to start. The return policy is an absolute nightmare. This company is terrible, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from them carefully read the return policy before making a purchase. It is one of the most unreasonable and confusing return policies I have ever encountered.

Great experience with international shipping! Ordering from Candle Shack was smooth and easy, even for an international delivery. The shipping was surprisingly fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Can’t say how disappointed I am in Candleshack, after many purchases this one took 14days to be dispatched - too late for Christmas scents and so agreed to collect and refund. Still waiting weeks later and messed around on numerous occasions waiting for promised collections that didn’t happen. At this stage I feel they are just holding my money. So frustrating.

Great course, very informative. Im feeling much more confident in what I am doing.

The training courses are very informative and easy to follow.

Communication is the worst I ever had.. no phones are working, replies to the email with no clear answers.. Bought 2 scents provided payment proofs but still stating that my order isnt paid .. Lesley I was dealing with never even apologist for the errors made… wont be back to this company

Grundsätzlich ist dieses ein Vertrauenswürdiger Shop und die Ware war bis zur Produktänderung (HPWax) einwandfrei.
Leider war in der veränderten Wax Mischung Wasser enthalten, welches beim einschmelzen zum „spritzen“ führt.
Eine Beschwerde und bitte zur Mangelbehebung sind ausgeblieben (vier Wochen).
Kundenservice sowie Reklamation sind schwierig bis nicht verhanden.

Ordered 3 fragrance oils, only one of them had leaked and therefore wasn't a full bottle, I didn't bother to complain as there was just enough left in the bottle for a project I was in a hurry to finish. Also I paid for delivery and the time it took to arrive did seem too long for the cost,, maybe better packaging might help like securing lids

This was such a great starter course from Candle Shack, I really enjoyed the content and learned so much. i would recommend anyone starting to make candles to take the course as a lot of time and money could be wasted trying to make candles without some knowledge of the science behind it.
Thanks i will be back for more.

Smells like jet fuel. I was expecting nice floral tones from the fragrances that I purchased from Candle Shack, but all three smell exactly the same...horrible! There are enough chemicals in these scents to dissolve paint. I will need to find a way to safely dispose of them so as not to contaminate the water supply.

Liebe die Duftöle - leider ist viel oft ausverkauft und es dauert etwas bis es in den Versand geht aber es lohnt sich!

I've been waiting over a week for order to be delivered. Very disappointed with service I have requested a refund.

The packaging, delivery speed, and product quality are great. It felt like a domestic order. Everything was seamless.
My only suggestion is to display VAT-inclusive prices and allow currency selection on the website from the start to better set expectations.
