Ongoing Nightmare on Claim Street

My original review was posted on 25/11/2025 titled "Nightmare on Claim Street" to which Avanti replied providing contact details and advising me to use them to contact the Managing director. I did this on 30/11/2025 and have still not had any sort of confirmation of receipt or reply from this company. I posted an update on my original posting on 12/12/2025 but this was also ignored.
I then sent a letter in the post to the Managing Director and this also appears to have been ignored.
I am posting this new review in a hope that some one will at last come back to me regarding my claim.

I have copied my original review and the 12/12/25 update below for completeness: -

Nightmare on Claim Street
Purchasing the policy seemed easy for my in-laws, with helpful staff and competitive pricing. However, when we tried to claim medical costs we met a wall of resistance. We were passed between three different companies (AvantiGo, Rock Insurance and Moneysupermarket) all of which denied any wrongdoing and all of whom rejected our claim. Not one of these companies were prepared to truly listen to our complaint. All they seemed interested in was preventing any payout being made against our claim.
Update 12/12/2025
I sent details of the claim and associated complaint to the email address provided marked for the attention of the Managing Director as advised in the reply, on 30/11/2025. I have waited a full 10 working days and the silence is deafening. I have not even had an acknowledgment email confirming receipt and giving some indication of what happens next. If employees acting on behalf of the Managing Director behave in such an uncaring way then what hope is there for a successful resolution to my complaint. I truly despair.
