Had a problem with two kitchen unit doors after eight years. Reported this to Wren Kitchens who replaced all doors and fascia panels to ensure a guaranteed colour match. First class response from every member of staff we had dealings with. Could not recommend them more highly.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Got a quote on the afternoon of day one, received postage pack on the morning of day two and posted the completed package at lunchtime of day two and received the agreed sum of money into my account on the afternoon of day three. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My original review was posted on 25/11/2025 titled "Nightmare on Claim Street" to which Avanti replied providing contact details and advising me to use them to contact the Managing director. I did this on 30/11/2025 and have still not had any sort of confirmation of receipt or reply from this company. I posted an update on my original posting on 12/12/2025 but this was also ignored.
I then sent a letter in the post to the Managing Director and this also appears to have been ignored.
I am posting this new review in a hope that some one will at last come back to me regarding my claim.

Nightmare on Claim Street
Purchasing the policy seemed easy for my in-laws, with helpful staff and competitive pricing. However, when we tried to claim medical costs we met a wall of resistance. We were passed between three different companies (AvantiGo, Rock Insurance and Moneysupermarket) all of which denied any wrongdoing and all of whom rejected our claim. Not one of these companies were prepared to truly listen to our complaint. All they seemed interested in was preventing any payout being made against our claim.
Update 12/12/2025
I sent details of the claim and associated complaint to the email address provided marked for the attention of the Managing Director as advised in the reply, on 30/11/2025. I have waited a full 10 working days and the silence is deafening. I have not even had an acknowledgment email confirming receipt and giving some indication of what happens next. If employees acting on behalf of the Managing Director behave in such an uncaring way then what hope is there for a successful resolution to my complaint. I truly despair.

Easy to order, good product and nice friendly staff when collecting.

Ordered a mini keyboard for my grandson. Unfortunately the manufacturer had discontinued the one he wanted but Jamie from Village Music called me up with excellent recommendations and sorted everything out no bother at all. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again. First class 👍

I last had a contract with this company approx 10 years ago. Twelve months ago they started calling my mobile number almost daily trying to get my business, despite me asking them to stop doing this. They now call me twice a day, how can these people be STOPPED!!!
Response to the initial reply from Three: -
I followed the link provided and was informed by the Three chat representative that they were unable to stop the cold calls from their sales team. The representative suggested that I contact my current mobile provider and ask if they could block the cold calls from Three. Seems like a strange business that relies on other companies to control their sales force.

Our four day break was made all the more enjoyable by the effective, efficient, professional and friendly staff at Hotel Direct.
