I contacted Rural Energy Savings Grants…

I contacted Rural Energy Savings Grants regarding the ECO4 scheme feeling a little unsure as to whether the scheme was genuine, however I should not of worried as my first contact was with Callum and he explained the scheme to me very clearly and was more than happy to answer all my questions (and there were a few !).
Callum then advised that he would be my assigned contact throughout the whole process which turned out to be absolutely true.
I can not fault Callum's customer service, he always called when he said he would and kept me informed with regular updates.
The initial contact with Callum was 04/10/25 and the full installation of solar panels, air source heat pump, radiators etc was completed 08/01/26
I would highly recommend RESG and Callum.
