NO BODY AT HOME

I have recently been notified by Evri (two separate deliveries) that they had attempted to deliver my parcel and that no body was at home and hence I never received my parcels.
Due to medical circumstances I am totally housebound and unable to leave my home, and any attempt to deliver anything to my home there is no problem whatsoever due to me being at home.
I suggest that Evri employ drivers that are prepared to do their job and to get rid of the lazy drivers who can't be bothered to deliver their parcels and record " NO BODY AT HOME".
DISGRACEFULL PRACTICE.
